The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine concerning Preliminary Control of Documents at the Admission Centers on the Customs Border"

The Bill (Reg. No.2766) aims at "the fulfillment of international requirements concerning transit of cargoes, provision of simpler and more rapid control at the admission centers on the customs border, standardization, and simplification of documental registration in the process of crossing the border in accordance with international Law and practical organization of joint control by the customs of Ukraine and neighbouring States".
